Mental Math

Anatomically your brain is not a muscle, however, it needs to be exercised analogous to a exercising your muscles.  The benefit of exercising your brain are: reduced risk of cognitive decline and related diseases and your brain grows stronger and faster.  Some ways to "exercise" your brain are: 
  1. Engage in good conversations
  2. Read 
  3. Play strategy games
  4. Mental Math
  5. Learn
